Hey kids! Are you looking for fun ideas for your science fair projects? Look at the bottom of the page for the slide show for some Kids' Science Challenge activities that you can use. Share them with your friends, parents and teachers too!

Flavor Science Project

 

Make a Flavor Lab, Cola-flavored Frosting, Secret Soda, or other fun flavor experiments. To get instructions just download the FLAVOR SCIENCE PROJECTS [PDF:122KB]

Skateboard Science Project

You can show where water comes from with a "fingerprinting" experiment, demonstrate how to take the salt out of saltwater, or build your own water sampling kit. To get instructions just download the WATER PROJECTS [PDF:166KB]

Water Science Project

SETI Science Project

Build your own radio to show how astronomers at the SETI Institute listen for signals from aliens, or make a message decoder to show how the SETI scientists might make sense of alien signals. To get instructions just download the SETI PROJECTS [PDF:259KB]

Slideshow: Share your science fair projects with other kids here! Send us a photo and a paragraph about your science fair project and we'll add it to the slide show. You need to have your parent or guardian's permission to participate, so download this permission form, fill it out and have your parent or guardian sign it. Instructions for sending it back to us are on the form. After we get the signed form we'll send you an email with instructions for sending us your photos.
